2. Basic training- Officers Only
3. communication and skill training
1. Basic Training:
These are the basics of Platinum. All new members will be put through this training before any other practice is done. These are done personally with a member of high ranking in the clan. Leaders and I will lead specialized basic training programs based on the applicant player's skills and weaknesses. In part one of the training, the applicant will play as each of the four classes on an empty server. The instructor will lead the applicant through training of combat effectiveness, vehicle effectiveness, stealth, power areas, and objective completion. it will start off as both instructor and applicant on the same team, and end as the two on opposite teams.
Part Two of the training takes place at a later time, where the lessons/skills learned at part one are applied in a squad deathmatch or squad rush match.
Note to all, Part one of Basic Training only has to be completed once by each member. These are optional to all except the officer and applicant involved. Part Two of Basic Training may be done until the officer sees the applicant fit to move on.
2. Basic Training- Officers only
This is simply a short talk and/or practice of all of the parts of being an officer. As portrayed by the title, Only Officers must complete this training. This will also be used as a briefing session of all upcoming events. This Basic training will be held Once every two months on the designated practice Date/time.
